摘要:
目的:为了有效解决成都地铁车辆设备维保存在的问题,提升车辆设备的可靠度,成都地铁车辆专业需开展电客车零部件自主深度维修模式的研究。方法:首先,阐述了目前成都地铁车辆设备主要存在的问题,分析了车辆各关键子系统的故障情况。其次,对车辆专业零部件深度维修的技术和管理措施进行论述,建立了车辆专业深度维修的组织架构,讨论了深度维修的场所建设及设施搭建所需考虑的主要因素,并阐述了与之相关的综合保障机制。最后,在阐述车辆专业零部件深度维修的实施概况的基础上,对车辆专业零部件深度维修的实施效果进行分析。结果及结论:实施零部件深度维修后,设备故障率明显降低,设备维修成本大幅下降,解决了目前地铁车辆维保的问题,提升了车辆自主维修的能力。
Abstracts:
Objective: To effectively address the issues existing in Chengdu Metro vehicle equipment maintenance and improve the reliability of vehicle equipment, Chengdu Metro vehicle discipline needs to gradually carry out research on component independent and deep maintenance for electric passenger cars. Method: Firstly, the main problems existing in Chengdu Metro vehicle equipment are elaborated, and the failure situations of various key subsystems of the vehicle are analyzed. Secondly, the technical and management measures of vehicle discipline for component deep maintenance are discussed, and the organizational structure for vehicle component deep maintenance is established. The main factors to be considered in the construction of deep maintenance sites and facilities are explained, and the comprehensive guarantee mechanism related to it is also elaborated. Finally, based on the implementation overview of vehicle specialized component deep maintenance, the vehicle specialized component deep maintenance implementation effect is analyzed. Result & Conclusion: After component deep maintenance, equipment failure rate decreased evidently, equipment maintenance cost dropped drastically, solving the metro vehicle maintenance problems and improving vehicle independent maintenance capability.
