摘要:
目的:针对目前我国现代有轨电车道床施工速率低的问题, H型预制轨道板应运而生。需研究其受力性能与抗疲劳性能,并结合应用效果验证其工程可用性和适用性。方法:建立有限元仿真模型,计算分析了H型预制轨道板在列车荷载、温度梯度荷载和基础变形三种荷载工况下的内力值,并对H型预制轨道板的配筋和裂缝宽度进行了验算。通过室内静载试验和疲劳试验检验了H型预制轨道板的受力性能与抗疲劳性能。通过现场铺设验证了H型预制轨道板的实际施工效果及工程可性行。结果及结论:计算分析结果表明,H型预制轨道板在各荷载组合下轨道板的内力及裂缝宽度等指标满足相关规范要求。室内静载试验和疲劳试验后轨道板裂缝宽度亦满足相关规范限值要求。现场铺设应用表明,采用H型预制轨道板较传统现浇混凝土整体道床可有效提升施工速率、覆土厚度及绿植成活率、汇水面积及排水效率、施工精度等。H型预制轨道板结构设计合理可行,具有足够的强度与耐久性。其具备的施工速度快、施工精度高等特点与现代有轨电车工程的建设需求相匹配。
Abstracts:
Objective: In response to the problem of modern tram track bed low construction rate in China, Hshaped precast track slab(hereinafter referred to as H slab)emerges. It is necessary to study the loadbearing and fatigue resistance performance, and verify the engineering feasibility and applicability through application results. Method: A finite element simulation model is established to calculate and analyze the internal forces of H slab under three load conditions: train load, temperature gradient load, and foundation deformation. The reinforcement and crack width of H slab are calculated, its loadbearing and fatigue resistance performance is examined through indoor static load tests and fatigue tests, its actual construction effect and engineering feasibility are verified through onsite installation. Result & Conclusion: The calculation and analysis results show that the internal forces and crack width of H slab under various load combinations meet the relevant specifications. The track slab crack width after indoor static load tests and fatigue tests also meets the specified limits. The onsite installation application demonstrates that the use of H slab can effectively improve construction rate, covered soil thickness, vegetation survival rate, water collection area, drainage efficiency, and construction accuracy compared to conventional castinplace concrete monolithic track bed. The structural design of H slab is reasonable and feasible, providing sufficient strength and durability. Its characteristics of fast construction speed and high construction accuracy align with the construction requirements of modern tram project.
