摘要:
为了解决地下车站深基坑工程中钢筋混凝土支撑存在的施工难度大、不可重复使用、经济社会效益低等问题,应深入研究该支撑结构的受力机理及施工使用特点。方法:提出了一种适用于地铁车站工程的新型装配式双H型钢支撑,并对该支撑截面和连接节点进行了设计分析。采用ABAQUS软件建立了装配式双H型钢支撑及其拼接节点的有限元模型,分析了其轴压性能及支撑拼接节点受弯性能。分析了双H型钢支撑的经济效益和社会效益。结果及结论:新型装配式双H型钢支撑及其连接节点承载力满足现行规范和实际工程要求,并已成功应用于无锡至江阴城际轨道交通工程南门站工程项目中。装配式双H型钢支撑与现浇钢筋混凝土支撑相比较,在重复使用5次的条件下,可节约35%的经济成本,同时可以减少68%的碳排放量。
Abstracts:
To address the challenges related to reinforced concrete struts in underground station deep foundation pit engineering, such as the construction difficulties, nonreusability, and limited economic and social benefits, the loadbearing mechanism and construction characteristics of such support structures should be studied indepth. Method: A new prefabricated double Hshaped steel strut (abbreviated as DHSS) suitable for metro station projects is proposed, and a design analysis of its crosssection and connection nodes is presented. A finite element (FE) model of the prefabricated DHSS and its joint nodes is developed using ABAQUS software to analyze its axial compression performance and bending behavior at the joint nodes. The economic and social benefits of DHSS are analyzed.Result & Conclusion: The new prefabricated DHSS along with its connection nodes, meets current specifications and practical engineering requirements. It has been successfully applied to the Nanmen Station of the WuxiJiangyin Intercity Rail Transit project. Compared to castinplace reinforced concrete struts, the prefabricated DHSS can save costs by 35% and reduce carbon emissions by 68% after being reused five times.
