摘要:
目的:我国城市轨道交通车辆基地的设计及维修理念仍相对落后,应结合车辆基地建设的新理念和新思路,对后续城市轨道交通工程车辆基地的设计与建设,提出切实的优化实施建议。方法:结合我国城市轨道交通高质量、可持续发展的时代背景,深入分析了既有城市轨道交通车辆基地存在的设施设备相对落后、车辆检修修程相对滞后、TOD(公交引导发展)一体化建设不同步等方面的问题。立足我国车辆基地建设经验,从车辆基地运营实际需求出发,结合国内外智能化、信息化的发展和轨道交通新技术应用,针对车辆基地的智能化、信息化、绿色节能、TOD一体化建设等关键点进行了分析,提出了高质量发展下的城市轨道交通车辆基地设计建议。结果及结论:车辆基地设计应顶层布局、高点定位,逐步构建智能化车辆基地,提升车辆基地人性化水平,促进车辆基地的绿色、节能,推进车辆基地TOD一体化建设。
Abstracts:
Objective: The design and maintenance concepts of metro depot in China are relatively outdated. It is necessary to combine new concepts and ideas in the construction of metro depot, and propose practical recommendations for optimizing the design and construction of metro depot. Method: Taking into account the era background of China in terms of high\|quality and sustainable urban rail transit development, a thorough analysis is conducted on the problems existing in the metro depots, such as outdated facilities and equipment, lagging vehicle maintenance processes, and asynchronous integration of TOD (transit\|oriented development). Based on the experiences of metro depot construction in China, taking into consideration the actual operational needs, combining the development of intelligent and informatized technologies, as well as the application of new technologies in rail transit both domestically and internationally,key aspects such as the intelligent, informatized, green and energy\|saving construction, and the integration of TOD are analyzed, recommendations for the design and construction of urban rail transit metro depots under high\|quality development are proposed. Result &Conclusion: The design of metro depot should focus on top\|level layout and high\|point positioning, gradually constructing intelligent system, improving the level of humanization, promoting green and energy conservation, and advancing the integrated construction of TOD.
