摘要:
[目的]地铁隧道车致振动会对沿线居民的正常生活、精密仪器的使用、古建筑物的结构安全等造成不利影响。为厘清地铁隧道车致振动全过程传播规律,分析各类减隔振措施实施效果,需建立高效的地铁隧道车致动力响应计算模型。[方法]采用biot波动方程模拟地基振动特性,采用双层薄壁壳振动方程模拟地铁隧道及隧道注浆层的振动特性,引入平面波与柱面波的波函数转化公式,求解半空间地基埋置隧道动力响应基本解。在地基-隧道动力响应基本解的基础上,采用连续线支撑的欧拉梁模拟轨道结构,采用多体动力学模型模拟车辆荷载,进一步耦合车辆、轨道等结构,提出地铁隧道车致动力响应解析计算模型。基于该模型,分析地铁隧道浮置板轨道等减振措施的减振效果。[结果及结论]不同减振措施在发挥减振效果的同时一定程度上会导致系统部分子结构振动响应的增大,在进行系统减振分析时应从系统性安全的角度开展减振设计,避免局部振动放大引起的损伤现象。
Abstracts:
[Objective]The train-induced metro tunnel vibration may affect adversely the normal life of residents along the line, the use of precision instruments, and the structural safety of ancient buildings. In order to clarify the propagation law of the entire process of train-induced metro tunnel vibration, analyze the implementation effects of various vibration isolation and reduction measures, it is necessary to establish an efficient calculation model for the train-induced dynamic response of metro tunnels. [Method]The Biot wave equation is used to simulate the vibration characteristics of the foundation, and the vibration equation of the double-layer thin-walled shell is used to simulate the vibration characteristics of the metro tunnel and the tunnel grouting layer. The transformation formula of the wave functions for plane and cylindrical waves is introduced to solve the basic solution of the dynamic response of the tunnel embedded in the half-space foundation. Based on the basic solution of the dynamic response of the foundation-tunnel, the Euler beam with continuous line support is used to simulate the track structure, and the multi-body dynamics model is used to simulate the vehicle load. Subsequently, the structures such as vehicles and tracks are further coupled, and an analytical calculation model for the train-induced dynamic response of metro tunnels is proposed. Based on this model, the vibration reduction effects of vibration reduction measures such as the floating slab track of the metro tunnel are analyzed. [Result & Conclusion]While exerting the vibration reduction effect, different vibration reduction measures will lead to an increase in the vibration response of some sub-structures of the system to a certain extent. When analyzing the vibration reduction of the system, the vibration reduction design should be carried out from the perspective of systemic safety to avoid damage caused by the local vibration amplification.
