摘要:
[目的]为了提高地铁换乘站导向标识的效用,解决导向标识设置混乱、信息过载和认知率低等问题,提出一种基于视觉熵的地铁换乘导向标识效用评价方法。[方法]分析了地铁换乘站导向标识目前存在的问题,定义了地铁换乘导向标识的效用。通过分析乘客在换乘过程中的视觉特征,解析了乘客视觉认知与导向标识之间的机理关系。建立了基于熵理论的乘客视觉熵评价模型和效用量化方法。通过换乘过程导向标识认知试验,利用AOI(兴趣区)法,研究了照度、颜色对比度、标识尺寸、标识高度、标识间距等因素对导向标识效用的影响。[结果及结论]颜色对比度越高,导向标识的效用越好;过高或过低的照度及标识高度、过大或过小的标识尺寸及标识间距均会影响导向标识的效用,设计参数需控制在阈值范围内。照度应控制在75~125 lx,标识尺寸应控制在30 cm×40 cm 至40 cm×50 cm范围内,标识高度应控制在1.5~2.5 m,标识间距应该控制在15~25 m。
Abstracts:
[Objective]In order to improve the utility of guidance signs at subway transfer stations and address issues such as chaotic signage setting, information overload, and low recognition rates, a visual entropy-based evaluation method for subway transfer guidance signs utility is proposed. [Method]Current problems of subway transfer station guidance signs are analyzed, and the utility of subway transfer guidance signs is defined. By analyzing the visual characteristics of passengers during the transfer process, the mechanistic relationship between passenger visual cognition and guidance signs is analyzed. A passenger visual entropy evaluation model and the utility quantification method based on entropy theory are established. Through the transfer process guidance sign recognition test, the influence of factors such as illumination, color contrast, sign size, sign height, and sign spacing on the utility of guidance signs is studied by AOI (area of interest) method. [Result & Conclusion]The higher the color contrast, the better the effectiveness of the guide signs; all the excessive or insufficient illumination and sign heights, the oversized or undersized sign dimensions and sign spacing will affect the utility of guide signs, and design parameters need to be controlled within the threshold range. The illumination should be controlled within 75~125 lx, sign dimensions should be controlled within the range of 30 cm×40 cm to 40 cm×50 cm, sign heights be controlled within 1.5~2.5 m, and sign spacing be controlled within 15~25 m.
