摘要:
车载牵引制动故障控制板是车载ATO(列车自动运行)系统的重要组成部分。为提高上海轨道交通1号线车载设备故障的响应效率,弥补车载牵引制动故障控制板的检测技术空白,研发了车载牵引制动故障控制板的测试装置。采用该测试装置分别对牵引继电器、制动继电器、故障继电器进行测试,测试时通过观察继电器的励磁情况、接点电阻、线圈电阻等数据来判断控制板是否发生故障。该测试装置的研发成功,实现了对列车车载牵引制动故障控制板的可靠检测,为维保人员提供了查明故障原因的测试手段,并为将来对该类车载牵引制动故障控制板的计划修提供可能。
Abstracts:
On-board traction brake fault control panel is an important part of on-board ATO (automatic train operation) system. In order to improve the response efficiency of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 onboard equipment failure, making up the blank of onboard traction brake fault control panel detection technology, a test device for onboard traction brake fault control panel is developed. The traction relay, brake relay and fault relay are tested respectively by test device. During the test, the excitation, contact resistance, coil resistance and other data of the relay are observed to determine whether the control panel is having failure. The successful development of the test device realizes reliable detection of traction brake fault control panel, providing maintenance personnel with test means to find out the cause of failure, as well as the possibility of planned repair of this type of on-board traction brake fault control panel in the future.
