摘要:
城市轨道交通传统的全员安检模式投入巨大、效果却有限,面对大客流的安检能力不足。提出基于乘客画像的网络化安检技术,通过与公安系统数据互联来实现重点人员安检,基于社会征信数据和地铁征信数据实现了乘客分类应用,总结了安检识别技术的应用方式及实际应用效果。响应了相关政策要求,从技术层面促进了安检模式从“普适大众安检”向“精准重点安检”的转变,在满足大部分乘客快速通行的同时,将有限的安检资源集中于少部分征信低的人员,不仅可降低安检成本,还改善了安检效果。
Abstracts:
Urban rail transit conventional full-personnel safety inspection mode have high cost yet limited effect, incapable of handling large passenger flow. A network security inspection technology based on passenger profile is proposed, carrying out security check of key personnel through data interconnection with public security system. Passenger classification is applied based on the social and metro credit data. Application format and practical implementation results of security inspection identification technology are summarized. In response to the relevant policy requirements, the transformation from ‘universal public security inspection’ to ‘accurate and focused security inspection’ mode is promoted technically. By allowing rapid passage of most passengers while focusing the limited resources of security inspection on a small number of people with low credit information, security inspection cost is lowered and effect is improved.
