摘要:
受电弓受流稳定是保障地铁车辆安全运行的重要条件。受电弓拉杆轴承电蚀后失效,弓网关系恶化、受流不稳定甚至会出现弓网事故。通过分析,接触网网压波动大、轴承导电通道少、轴承润滑脂材料特性等多种因素综合影响下造成轴承电蚀。提出在轴承配合的轴套上增加绝缘层,防止特大电流经过轴承内部造成电蚀损伤。实践证明该方法有效,可为解决高压电流下的轴承电蚀故障提供一种参考。
Abstracts:
The current collection stability of pantograph is an important condition to ensure the safe operation of metro vehicles. After electric corrosion, failure of pantograph pull rod bearing occurs, as well as deterioration of pantograph catenary relationship, unstable current collection and even pantograph catenary accidents. Analysis shows that the electric erosion of bearing is caused by comprehensive impact of many factors including large fluctuation of catenary voltage, few conductive channels of bearing, the material characteristics of bearing grease. It is proposed to add insulating layer on the bearing sleeve to prevent the electric erosion damage caused by extra\|large current passing through the bearing. Practice proves that the method is effective and can provide a reference for solving the problem of bearing erosion under high voltage current.
