齿轨铁路作为一种新型城市轨道交通制式,正在国内大力推广,但尚无运营案例。结合国外齿轨铁路建设和运营经验,对齿轨铁路轨道结构关键技术,如齿轨尺寸及加工、齿轨与轨枕连接方式、轨道锚固、轮轨-齿轨过渡和道岔等进行了研究与归纳,并提出无缝齿条和有砟固化等理念。
Abstracts:
As a new type of urban rail transit format, rack railway is promoted domestically, while no operating case is available yet. Key technologies of rack railway track structure such as rack size and machining, rack and sleeper connection, track anchoring, wheel rail\|rack rail transition and turnouts are studied and summarized referring to the construction and operation experience of rack railway abroad. The idea of seamless rack and ballast solidification are put forward.
