摘要:
针对某动车组客室座椅控制系统失效故障占比较大的问题,对座椅控制系统进行分析,并发现该系统的失效原因为:电控-舒适性系统启动电流瞬时过冲造成电路保护,控制面板静电过流造成烧断或击穿失效。对电控舒适性系统提出了匹配功率转化模块容量方案和增设控制面板覆膜防静电方案。经验证,该优化方案能够有效解决客室座椅控制系统失效问题。
Abstracts:
Aiming at the large proportion of EMU passenger compartment seat control system failures, the seat control system is analyzed, and reasons for the system failure are detected. Because the current instantaneous overshoot causes circuit protection action when the electronic control comfort system starts, and the control panel electrostatic overcurrent will lead to burnout or breakdown failures. In view of this phenomenon, two solutions are proposed, one is to match the capacity of power conversion module, and another is to add control panel coating against static electricity. It is verified that the optimization scheme can effectively solve the problem of EMU passenger compartment seat control system failure.
