摘要:
建设一个一体化调度指挥的通信系统,是当前深圳都市圈城际铁路建设的重点工作。在分析国家铁路和地铁调度通信系统方案及特点的基础上,结合深圳都市圈城际铁路网的建设和运营规划,从通信系统建设应用角度分析了深圳都市圈城际铁路网的建设需求,提出基于业务与承载分离原则构建其调度通信系统。即:采用仅支持数据功能的LTEM(城市轨道交通车地综合通信系统)作为无线通信承载系统,采用基于关键业务通信机制的MCX(MCPTT(关键语音)、MCData(关键数据)和MCVideo(关键视频)的统称)方案作为调度通信业务系统,以满足深圳都市圈城际铁路线间互联互通和自主运营的要求。
Abstracts:
Development of an integrated dispatching communication system is the current key work for intercity railway project construction in Shenzhen metropolitan area. Through a comparative analysis of the schemes and characteristics of national railway communication system and metro dispatching communication system, then based on the construction and operation planning of intercity railway network in Shenzhen metropolitan area, the construction requirements of this network is analyzed from communication system construction and application perspective. Based on this, a dispatching communication system construction based on the separation of service from bearer is proposed. The system will use LTE-M (long-term evolution for metro) that only supports data function as the wireless communication bearer system, and use MCX, including MCPTT (mission critical push to talk), MCData (mission critical data) and MCVideo (mission critical video) based on the key service communication mechanism as the dispatching service system, so as to meet the requirements of interoperation and independent operation between intercity railway lines in Shenzhen metropolitan area.
