Static Anti-sliding Test System Based on Train Braking Anti-sliding Principle

摘要:
针对地铁列车制动系统防滑测试,设计了一种基于制动防滑原理的静态防滑测试系统。该静态防滑测试系统通过向列车制动系统发送对应的速度方波信号来模拟列车运行过程中检测到的速度信号。通过观察和对比输入模拟的滑行速度和采集到的防滑阀的压力变化,判断和检测列车制动系统的防滑性能是否正常工作,从而实现列车制动系统的静态防滑测试。
Abstracts:
Targeting the anti-sliding test of metro train braking system, a static anti-sliding test system based on braking anti-sliding principle is designed. This static anti-sliding test system simulates the speed signal detected from train operation by sending corresponding speed square wave signal to the train braking system. By observing and comparing the input simulated sliding speed and the collected pressure change of the anti-sliding valve, whether the anti-sliding performance of the train braking system works normally can be judged and detected, thus the static static anti-sliding test of train braking system is realized.
