摘要:
介绍和解析了目前地铁区间盾构隧道设施安装的施工工艺, 如因使用化学植筋或膨胀螺栓而在管片上钻孔,以及部件的预留预理技术(预埋槽道,挂耳+外置槽道,预埋套筒+外置槽道和预埋尼龙套管)。 预留预埋技术相对于传统工艺对管片结构的损伤小,设计、施工及安装精度高,性能和 经济上对比优势明显。 因此,全面推行预留预埋技术意义重大。
Abstracts:
The construction technology of current metro interval shield tunnel facility installation is introduced and analyzed,such as drilling holes on shield segment using chemically-planted steel bar or expansion bolt,and reserved and embedded technology of segments (embedded channel,hangers+ external channel,embedded sleeve + external channel and embedded nylon sleeve). Compared with conventional technology, reserved and embedded technology causes less damage to segment structure,and has higher precision in design,construction and installation. The comparative advantage in performance and economy is obvious. Therefore,it is of great significance to fully implement the reserved and embedded technology.
